Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made through the HeyBen Benefits Operations Platform ("Service"), operated by YourFunnelGuy Marketing OPC, a One Person Corporation registered in the Republic of the Philippines.


1. All Sales Are Final

All subscription fees paid to HeyBen are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refund or credit will be issued, in whole or in part, regardless of the reason. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription charges
  • Add-on purchases (additional employer groups, AI credit boosts, Employee Communications add-on)
  • Partial months remaining after cancellation
  • Downgrades to a lower-tier plan mid-billing cycle
  • Failure to use the Service after payment
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs or platform features
  • Changes in your business circumstances

2. Free Trial

HeyBen offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage all prospective subscribers to fully evaluate the platform during this period before subscribing. The availability of a free trial is taken into account in our no-refund policy — by subscribing after the trial, you have had an opportunity to assess the Service.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges from occurring. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle for which payment has already been made. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in that cycle.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after confirmed cancellation — please contact us within 15 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit at our discretion.

5. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). In the event that a refund is required by law, we will comply with such requirements.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — most billing concerns can be resolved quickly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
